First, we start with the highest quality selected gourmet coffee beans available. They are then roasted slowly to perfection, by an "expert roaster." We then blend the beans to a special balance, to create its unique, delicious flavor.

Brazilian beans have a relatively low acidity, and exhibits a nutty, sweet flavor, often bittersweet with a chocolaty roast taste. The mildness helps to balance out more intense coffee beans, making it a feature of many blends. Brazilian beans tend to have a light to medium body, yields a low acidity, and has a very pleasant aroma. The beans are fruitier and brighter.
Coffee beans grown in Guatemala typically have tasting notes indicating a full body and a rich chocolatey-cocoa flavor, a toffee-like sweetness, and a floral acidity that is often spicy or chocolatey. Guatemalan coffees are true Central American coffees. Guatemala coffee beans have a lighter acidity, and are found among the coffees grown in mountain areas, exposed to the Caribbean or the Pacific Ocean, and these coffees tend to exhibit more of a fruity acidity and flavor.

Costa Rican beans are generally believed to have some of the best coffee flavor profiles in south/central America, with high grown altitudes and a pleasant acidity, leading to great coffee reviews. Its defining tasting notes include a brown-sugary sweetness, citrusy notes, and apricot-like fruity flavors.
