Question: WHAT SHIPPING/DELIVERY METHODS DOES CELLUVATION USE?
Answer: All orders received by 4:00pm PST local time will ship out the next day. All orders that are under 1lb are shipped USPS First Class Mail with a tracking #. All orders over 1lb are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are shipped with a tracking #. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive a notification email from USPS stating that CELLUVATION has sent you a package and your tracking # will be in the email. Shipping charges will be determined upon shipment.
Question: CAN I CALL SUPPORT TO GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Answer: Please be advised that all Distributors and customers are solely responsible for tracking their own order(s) once CELLUVATION has provided a tracking number.
Question: CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR AN ALREADY PLACED ORDER?
Answer: Any order that is “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or after multiple failed attempts to deliver an order, the Distributor/customer will be charged for all re-shipments of the order. Any orders where the Distributor/customer is requesting CELLUVATION to change their address after the order has shipped, the Distributor/customer will incur an additional shipping charge.
Question: WHY AM I GETTING CHARGE MORE FOR SHIPPING IF I LIVE IN A REMOTE AREA?
Answer: Shipments to rural or remote areas may incur additional charges. These are charges that are passed on to CELLUVATION by the shipping carriers and is not a charge added by CELLUVATION.
