In case you are interested, you can create your own FAQ's, and we will add them into the FAQ System Database for you.

For example, if members on your team are asking you the same questions over and over again,

You can go to our FAQ sections and just enter in the Question, followed by the Answer, and we will create that FAQ for you. This will save you time, rather than answering the same questions over and over again, just direct your team to the FAQ section, to find the most commonly asked questions and answers.

If there is not a Category heading you see, that you would like added, just let us know.

 

Here is an example, you could go to the FAQ Section and send this in:

 

Q:

What day does of the Month does my Subscription Service/ Super Preferred Subscription Service/ AutoShip Process on?

 

A:

The day of the month that your Subscription Service/ Super Preferred Subscription Service/ AutoShip Processes on is always the same day that you joined. For example, if you joined on Jan 10th, your processing day will always be the 10th of each month.

 

We will then add the Question and Answer into the FAQ database.
